All sales are final โ Once the package is delivered, The customer has 48 hours to notify our customer service department of any damages or defects at 402-968-8198 or email us at itsallaboutthesigns2@gmail.com.
We will then send a prepaid label to you for the package to be dropped off at a Fed Ex location.ย
Refund--
Once the damaged item is returned in all of it's original packaging, received and, inspected you will be notified via email the status of your return and refund. Once approved your refund will be processed back via original method of payment.
Exchanges for Broken Neon damaged in shipping โ
All items are tested prior to shipping. ย For items damaged in shipping - please contact us atย litsallaboutthesigns2@gmail.com or call us at 402-968-8198. In the event no identical item is available, an exchange for an equally priced item, store credit for the price of the damaged item, or a refund will be made at the customers preference.
