About us

I have been buying and selling fun stuff for most of my life. When I was 12 it was beer can selling and trading. Old ones, not full ones. I was helped by my dad when we traded an old train set for 37 lighted, metal and neon signs with a South Omaha train man. My love of old signs began that day. By the time I was 14 I had my own booth at a weekend flea market. Triple M. Mike Miscellaneous Merchandise was the business name. I took the job as the janitor as well to help pay the rent. I learned a lot about business and met many wonderful people some of whom I still am lucky to call friends. I even met two men who I would end up working for in their small businesses during my college years. One of the things I learned early on was to treat the customer as you would like to be treated. I think we do a great job of that.
Fast forward a few decades and many life changes later. Instead of starting my own business I take the safe route and work in the fire service. First as a volunteer and then luckily as career firefighter and paramedic. Many years of overlap where I did both volunteer and career. So many great people that I was able to work with over those time period. Real brothers and sisters to me.
Of course I still liked buying and selling stuff. So my off days I was still buying and selling stuff and fell back into selling signs. One of my minions also caught the bug and by the time he was 9 or 10 he had a whole sales approach for our metal car signs. Long story so If I am lucky enough to meet you please remember to ask me about it. I love telling it.
We would be happy to assist you.
