Refund Policy

Purchase of product is Final Unless Product Received is damaged.

No exchanges allowed.

Once package is delivered, Customer has 48 hours from time delivered to contact customer service to notify of damages or defects. Once the 48 hour time lapse has expired, if customer service has not been notified via phone or e-mail the return will then become void. If product arrives damaged, receipt or proof of purchase is required at time of refund request. The product that you are requesting a refund for will need to be in it's original shipping packaging. 


If item is damaged upon receiving product then customer may opt for a refund. Once returned item is received and inspected you will be notified via email the status of your return and refund. Once approved your refund will be processed back via original method of payment.
